Nope never had. Last truck i had was a 76 highboy. Had a 3" bl and 38" tsl on it when i got it. I promptly took the bl off and cut the fenders at the bodyline. Turned out pretty nice for something that just got beat to hell.
cheeto please dont throw rocks at my body lifted truck at the gtg lol
you may want to reconsider offering to sell me that dent cause you know what i would do to it lol
boy, boys you guys are killin' me! hahaha! whiteboy, I wrote you back, check it out. I'm not a big fan of body lifts because too many do it with no suspension work or bumper mods. They look stock with a big-ol gap between the body and frame. I've seen a handfull of people to do it "right", meaning they had suspension, bumper, and wheel and tires that help out the overall look.
I hear ya on wanting a clean daily driver with a tough look to it. Autofabs 3" econo lift is PERFECRT for a dailt driver. It will level a F250 great, get you those 33's under it, and make it joy to drive. 19,000 mile truck, sounds like a keeper, so don't half *** anything. Spend your money once on the good stuff, move on to the next and don't look back. I tried having some 3" billet spacers made for my truck years ago to get 33's on it. It worked, don't get me wrong, but the right suspension made a huge difference in steering, especially at freewy speeds.
yes, Autofab specializes in rear steer 2WD's. If you jack up your truck in the front with a floor jack to your desired lift height, you'll notice your camber will be off (they look bowed out). Autofab uses a press to bend and allighn the beams so you have the height and camber allighnment.
sorry for any crappy spelling...
Subscribing just to get email notices so I can see when new posts are made and help out if need be. Also to bust whack&stacks ***** for having a crappy "cheater lift"
And to clarify - I have installed body lifts before (and yes I did it "right") and quickly regretted it. I have also taken them off of a few trucks we've bought used and also talked a few people out of doing them.

glad you get ur giggles that way i personally like being able to see between the frame and body. to each their own.
Ok - someone is no fun to mess with tonight - back to the thread at hand...
lol you really think i would get all upset over what someone from cali has to say about what i put on a truck? coming from the land of emissions testing nothing but fruitcake trucks out there lol
No, it's the fact that I was joking and you're all serious about it. Didn't really react much so I moved on.
Not that I have messed with you in the past but we joke back and forth in Cheet-o's thread a bit the other day.
Now that the gloves have come off and the name calling has begun maybe I can let my real opinion fly on body lifts... It would be something like dump the cheap, POS, crappy, death trap of a lift and step up to the real man's world. And yes I will put my "fruitcake" California trucks against any of the redneck hack fab seen in the "non fruitcake" states any day.
*edit* - re-readin that it came off much more "pissy" than I intended. Read with a lisp to bring out your inner fruitcake and get the humor intended when typed.
