48-52 frontmost cab mount diagram?

48-52 frontmost cab mount diagram?
My Parts CD unfortunately only shows the 53-56 front (#1) cab mounts, which appear to be a lot more sophisticated than the BonusBuilts'. I discovered today that mine has the "rubber tire carcass" piece between the frame and cab strut, but nothing underneath or above. The other side has a rubber donut above and below. Is that correct?
