Seriously, I was looking at those same ads this morning, and I'm baffled why trucks here are listed for so much more than trucks people are buying on FTE in the States. Is it Canada, the Island, or what?
Before I found my truck, I was looking at a 95 PSD with 280K km on it and it had issues, and the guy wanted 10 thousand.

Duh...the "real" first gen 7.3 Strokes are these rare ones we keep seeing! And Wreck still has this "Old School Gutless IDI" that manages to smoke 'em every time 
But geeeez, you'd think they would at least know what they're selling! Although, for someone who doesn't deal with diesels all that often, it would be pretty easy to confuse a 9th generation F-series IDI with a 9th gen. Stroke. Especially with the turbo and all...
To the common person, a diesel is a diesel
Unlike us weirdos who can tell which diesel the truck has without even seeing it...just listening...
