Site help please

Not even sure if I will be able to retrive any responses. Everytime I click on a thread it will load for a few seconds and then act like it is trying to reload and then go to a blank white screen.
I am not really computer intelligent so if anyone can tell me what is going on I would really appreciate it. I am begining to miss the wealth of information on here. I find my self trying to speed read before it is gone and then reloading and repeating over and over.
thank you
Joe

Can you send the question to an Administrator to check on this?

virus/malware

Is it just this site, or all? You may have a virus of some sort, or malware

What browser are you using? Try a different one to see if it makes a difference.

well I clicked advance reply and at least I am able to type without interuption not sure if this will post but will give it a shot.
Now maybe I will have time to try and explain. The home screen and forum screens are fine. anytime I click on a thread the page will usuall load and say done at the bottom of my screen then it will act like it is trying to load again saying "downloading pictures.....etc" by the time it says done the second time the screen just goes blank white. This is the only site it does it on. Not sure if I just have a setting for the site or my computer set wrong.
any ideas

thanks again
JOE

Try downloading mozilla firefox then download the adblocker application for it.

Firefox web browser

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../adblock-plus/

The one thing I find annoying is every time mozzilla firefox updates I loose the adblocker and have to download it again.

Erase you e-mail from the above post, if anyone wants to contact you, they can do it throught the Forum site section for posting to members. You don't want to get your home e-mail address Spammed like crazy. So I would suggest removing it right now. The site Administrator can get ahold of you if he needs to.

thanks td it seems like firefox is doing the trick. not sure if I got the adblocker set up right but whatever I did it is not doing it with this.

Thanks for the kick in the *** for the email BrotherLes. I was not thinking just getting desperate. It is about time to get rid of this damn AOL anyway. I am stuck with nothing but dial up or satellite. I just went to satellite a couple of months ago and I am still paying for the AOL as well. Satellite is better but not by a whole lot. Thanks again for the help everyone. Now maybe I can get back to my questions at hand about maybe a new motor rebuild.
OUT for now
JOE
