moving to Illinois

What kind of inspections and emission testing will I have to deal with when I move to Naperville?, my 04 6.0 was missing a few Items; kitty, egr valve, factory air intake. I can get a cat and intake and EGR, but I hate to spend the time and money if I do not need to.

No current emission testing in Il. for diesel trucks plated under 16,000 pounds.

yep, as LSchicago2 said, no testing is required for diesels.
