Replace Ball Joints 97 F250HD PSD 2WD

I need to replacing ball joints on the driver side. I have a 97 F250HD PSD. I have looked though the post(s) and found some on 4WD but not much on 2WD. Is there any tips or gotchas that I need to know?

I have replaced many a ball joints on aframes type suspensions, but my first I-Beam (IB). I have attach a picture showing it. I notice there is not a nut holding the top bushing on. Does only the bottom have a nut? There is a bolt that looks like it squeeze a bushing. Does the top bushing get replace? Any tricks to pulling it? Are they pressed in? Can I use a bench vise to do the pressing (in and out)?
What about front end alignment?

Thanks in advance.

I have asked the question in the "Thedesielstop" and have not received a reply. I guess it more for engines. Anyway here is a link to the post with a picture. Ball Joint Replacement, F250HD 2WD - Diesel Forum - TheDieselStop.com
