Heater Controls

No matter where I put the selector it blows out the floor, the defrosters and the air cond vents, which I have to keep closed. It doesn't switch the air flow anymore. Anyone know what gives? How do you fix this problem?

There was a guy on here a week or so ago with that couldn't get any heat in the cab. He removed the glove box so he could observe the door for the heat and found that it was stuck. It's vacuume operated I think. You might try that.

I've seen a 2010 with this problem, it was the actuator if I remember correctly.
The whole dash had to come down, hate to say.
