a few?

So im jumping from my 265/75/16s to a 285/75/16 on my stock height f350 5.4.......do I need to recalibrate the odometer and speedometer, both will read low by 3.6%? If so has any done it and how much did it cost? 285s will also effect my gear ratio I believe, it will go from 3.73 to 3.60 does that matter in the long run?

Your speedometer can be fixed with a programmer. You need to find out the revolutions per mile of the new tires and enter that into your truck PCM.

As for effective gearing, you can calculate the effective and equivalent gearing here. Automotive Calculators offer to you by Ford Trucks Enthusiasts | www.ford-trucks.com

The change won't make a huge difference.
