porting efi manifolds
i have a brand new set of efi manifolds that im going to be putting on my truck to replace the cracked leaky ones. has anybody ever tried porting these things? just a crazy thought.

The only "porting" that might be done is to remove any ledges sticking out in the down stream flow. Make a pattern of the exhaust ports with a light peice of cardboard, place it on the manifold(s) and wherever the manifold sticks out into the exhaust port openings of the pattern, remove that area to fit the pattern and blend/taper it into the manifold.
