i fiqure the galleries are still in an "under construction" state, and i dont want to be an a$$ about this, but whatever happened to the jump-to bar at the bottom of the gallery? this was a very useful feature for me, dont know how many other people used it though. is there another way to search thru the galleries that i dont know about? thanks a lot, and good work on the new software, overall a lot cleaner and user friendly than the old ones.
All of those titles to certain ares of the user gallery are hyperlinks to searching the gallery.
When you enter the user gallery you will be on page 1 of whatever sorting description comes up.
All you have to do is click them and you will be on page 1.
of the :
Album <> Year <> State/Province <> Photos <> Date <> Rank <> Views.
So if you were to go to the gallery and happen to be on the
Date Search <> then to click page 5 <> Then click the *Rank* you would be on page 5 of the ranking in the search.
Me, I like to search by date of creation of the gallery because I'm always looking for users that post things that aren't allowed in the gallery and I can see them quickly.
If I am looking for my own albums, I click the last page because
one was created on the 1st day.
If you are looking for a title that starts with L (ie: Larry's Truck)
I search alphabetically with L probably being near the middle pages.
The Jump forum uses up Vast amount of space and Ram and would slow down the whole system.
i knew about the sorting stuff, i've since reverted to year of truck skiming now. i just thought that the "user" bar thingie dingy (not sure of a name for it, the list of all the users with gallerys) at the bottom was helpful when i was trying to show friends pics of what certain rucks look like, not a big deal, was just wonderingif it was RAM issues that killed it or not. Thanks dennis!
