need help with my 460
I just instaled a 6"lift a 36 tires the truck is a dog now I know you are going to say change the gears and I will if i have to but realy dont want to It helps on the long trips not having to have it reving so hi. I want to add headers and a chip but it looks tight for headers witch one have all of you used and how much modding have you done to them. what do you do with the 1" pipe that goes in by the cat. thanks for any help. 1997 f250hd auto

sounds wierd because my 95 hauls **** pretty well. I have a 6 and 35's with dual exhaust throughout with an x pipe and FM 40s and it sounds and runds good. NO CATS! I bet if you did the chip and exhaust you would be good. On mine the muffler shop cutout a hole in the pipe and welded in the little pipe for the 02 sensor I believe it is. I really dont think you gain much by adding headers but I guess it cant hurt. Sorry I cant help with where to get em though. Good luck
