warraty question
I recently purchased a 2006 f150 lariat 5.4. with 60000 miles I was wondering if the warranty on this is still good even though I bought it used. While some warranty is probably not good any more I should be able to be covered for some given the mileage etc. In this situation is the warranty transferred or am I out of luck. Its not that I need it just curious.

I think all that was offered on that model was 3 yr./36K miles. I have an '07 and one reason that I waited was that it has 5 yr./ 60K miles on the drivetrain only and 3 yr./ 36K miles on the rest but I paid for extra and made it a 7 yr./ 75K miles on the entire truck. You can contact your local dealer and I am sure they can tell you if any extra warranty was purchased and if you can purchase any through them. If you do buy any be sure to get Ford warranty only and try to get premium coverage package.
