Hate to admit it....
but our 6.oh Ex is STILL the best traveling vehicle I've ever owned... running like a champ and getting excellent mpg !
The wife is using it as a Daily Driver round trip to work 40 miles thru DFW traffic while we decide on what to get her to replace her leased vehicle we will turn in soon.
Now that she is spoiled with the height to see over most traffic, she dragged me to look @ Audi Q5's and Cadillac SRX? and new Ford Explorer....
the Caddy is the only one they have in stock... and while she liked it - I am averse to getting a gooberment motors vehicle....
oh yeah -
NOTE to dealers and Mfg - you WASTE money advertising something you can't sell because you don't have any on the lots !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
While I can get a good feel for a car from specs and the net, the wife has to touch it
We'll try the Auto Show this weekend to see if they have anything other than 'green' cars....

We were looking at the q5 with the 1.9L turbo gasser... rated @ 20 & 27 IIRC ...
awd and ran/handled well.... i liked, but she likes the Caddy srx which I think is butt oogly
giving her a little time to ensure she likes it after I grouse about it a bit....
next door just brought a new little infinity suv home - lease ran out on her cts

She doesn't like the edge.... still leaning toward the SRX....
You know blondes - they think with their blue eyes and the color is more important
we did go by the Ft worth auto show and looked at a lot of them....
I have to step back and let her decide...
