Mine are pretty corroded, so getting new would probably be the best.
new bolts. Highly suggest you do the same.

I found a bolt kit on O'reilly's site, I'll get that when it come time.

Back when I replaced my manifold, I replaced all the bolts with a kit I picked up at the parts store. Everything went together well, and is still working for me. I'd always replace the bolts when R&R'ing a manifold; cheap insurance.
