oil type 15W-40 ?which brand?
filter type ?largest capacity?

change oil @ 15,000 miles, (?filter type?)
change after @ 50,000 miles

Please, any information & input appreciated.

Same truck engine but just on a large frame truck. I'll assume theres a manual in the vehicle to tell all the proper fluids if not we'll help you.
For wondering minds want to know what a F53 chassie is page 39and 40 of this pdf. It also has all of the 2011 Ford line of trucks with spec and misc, Good read.https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas...ok-rwj_V17.pdf

I had a Motorhome that was a on an F-53 chassis with the V-10. Drove that thing more miles that I care to think up 6 percent grades and very hot temps around Gila Bend AZ and Yuma. Pulling a jeep and fully loaded for 6 years, nearly daily, as I was working out of it. But, I changed the oil at every 3k-5k religiously. Never more than 5k. I do not see why you could not use full synthetic. I used 5w20 Motorcraft, sythenthetic blend, used Motorcraft Filters and checked the oil daily. Transmission, if its the 4R100 change the fluid every 15K. I had to replace the tranny, in Albuquerque, what a PITA in a Motorhome. There is a place called Statkus Engines. They cator to RVers and Racing Heads. The biggest headache that I encountered was somewhere along the line someone put Green Anti-Freeze in with my orange. It gelled and stopped up the radiator. I limped home, took out the radiator and had it rodded. Took the thermostat out of the block and just let water run thru the block for hours. Then I flushed the tap water with distilled, over 20 gallon. Then filled 50/50 with GREEN. Drove another 3 years without a hitch and hard driving. There were days I drove over 900 miles in that thing pulling the jeep and full of equipment and supplies. I worked on Indian Reservations in the Southwest, so I had to be prepared for most anything.
