Unhooked Wire ??

Unhooked Wire ??
Up in front of the radiators laying with the heater plug is an unattached 2 wire plug. Any ideas? It has a couple of those clips that slip on a straight edge.
I've had the truck about a month. Everything works, except the horn. I thought I checked everything when I was test driving it.
I was thinking it was the missing horn(s) wire. But its not long enough to reach the horns hidden location. Off to dig into the horns this am. The relay clicks when it honk the horn. But no honking. The truck had a right front repair before I bought it. Hopefully they just forgot to hook them up. Or they aren't there.

I figured it out. It is the harness for fog lights. I missed the second plug.
Tested it and the switch fired them right up.
