LiveWire IAT2 reading???

Hey, I have the LiveWire setup with the senor display running. My question is what is the IAT2 reading in this picture.

The sensor itself I have removed and cleaned, as it was very sooted up, and after reinstall its still reading these low numbers between 16 and 23.5.
WOT, boost at 42psi up to 90mph the IAT2 reading does not go above 23.5?
Is that saying its reading temp incorrectly, or is it displaying something else. The temp here is 32F currently

Any info is greatly apprecitated. Also is it possible to have the LiveWire display in Celsius

It is a resistor that senses the intake air temp and provides that info to the PCM. What values it should read at I am not sure.

Sounds like it is bad.

iat 1 will be hotter then iat2 till the engine is running. the reason for that is the maf has a heated element.
iat 2 is used in conjuctin with the egr system. iat2 goes up when egr is flowing.
