Rear End Problem??

Rear End Problem??
On my 04 FX4 from a dead stop I get going in drive and you can feel what i think is the rear end. It's almost like the rear end is hoping a bit. It's real difficult to explain but if anyone has any idea of what it could be. Oh also this is while in 2wd.
