87Ranger, stumped
I have a 87 Ranger with the 2.9 and I am having a intermiten problem. When I am on the Hightway after a while the thing will die,but it will refire, it has never died on the hightway but sometimes it will when pull off abd hit a stop sign but it starts right up .After starting it will run rough, next day it will run fine untill I drive on the hw.and after 50-60 mile it starts to act up. When it first started I pulled the codes and got a 63 and a53 ,tps senser was out ove range both on the high and low side ,replaced senser,now I only get a code 53 could I have got'n a bad senser. This problem did not start until the Ing. module was replaced.Could the module be bad.
I wish thay would go back to points.
