I think he only got 4 days for planting the little guy into the ground...Shouldn't have gotten any!!
I thought I read that he got 20, and the punk kid only got 4. Musta read wrong. Either way, if that were my kid, it'd be 4 day fishing and camping trip!
Been in the big kids shoes when I was younger. That's how I got the nickname "Great White" in school. I beat a little tormentor like that nearly to death. Tormentor received a skull fracture, concussion, cracked ribs, and a punctured lung after the ordeal. I got anger management classes, a useless school administrator fired, and mostly left alone for the rest of my school days, except for one other time, and that person received nearly the same treatment, minus the punctured lung. 5 friends managed to pull me away from the little puke before I went too far.
Like I have said before, if you want to provoke an attack, don't cry when you get the "stuffing" beat out of you by your intended victim.
As for that scrawny provoker in the video, he's lucky he only has a broken ankle. That big guy should have crushed the little puke for fun, and as a lesson to others.
I love it! That little bastage should have been pounded in to the ground like squashed bug. The big kid should never have been punished. There was no walking away from that one.
It worked...good for the big kid! The little punk might think twice before picking on someone again.
Dad always told me, "Never under estimate your opponent"!
The person holding the camera should get a beating too. It was obviously a planned attack and the little scamp likely had a friend behind the camera too, but seeing that jerk hobble off like a drunken monkey is priceless.
Dad always told me, "Never under estimate your opponent"!
My dad and my grampa both told me that. My gramps served in the Navy in WWII, my dad served in the Marine Corps in Vietnam; they BOTH taught me alot about life!
Grampa was on the short side at 5' 4" but when the 6' 0" tall jerk who got my sister pregnant at 16 while I was in boot camp took a swing at my 68 year old gramps, I heard he layed that punk out with one punch.
I still say the punk was lucky, 'cause if I had been there he would have had a lot more to worry about than my gramps! (Although he never needed help, he was a tough guy...a REAL one and you guys know what I mean!)
I think the bullied boy should have had no repercussions. He stopped the threat, made sure it was down, and walked away. Pretty classy on his part.
Kids did not hit me, but many tried to provoke me. The hardest thing to do is turn the other cheek when you KNOW that you would tear the guy apart. I did it many times. My father always told my brother and I that we did not realize our own strength. He was right. My problem is that I do not know how to stop once I start. I feel fear for an instant right before initiating. That fear makes me take steps to assure I come out ahead.
Reviewing that film, I would say that these boys have been after the big guy for some time. The boy looked to have had enough. I think he handled himself very well.
agreed that the bullied kid should have gotten off with nothing worse than a warning (but, I suppose I can see how the school needs to give SOME punishment so as to not look like they are in any way condoning fighting). I was a loner as a kid and, as such I was often viewed as an easy (ie: solo) target by the groups of kids trying to look tough. That lasted up until 3rd grade when I cracked another kid's head open with my lunch box when he (and his buddies) kept pushing me. Never heard any official response to the incident but, also never had anyone in school give me a hard time about anything ever again (all the way thru high school). One swing with one of those aluminum lunch boxes that we all had back in the early 70's was all it took to get the message across that I WOULD do what I had to in order to be left alone.
My god daughters sister, swung a sock at a girl that was bullying her in gym class. She hit the girl right in the forehead. Four stitches later and a three day suspension was all she got. Never got bullied again.
I forget to mention there was an 8oz tomato paste can in the sock.
I think some things need to handle themselves.
I had a older kid that would ride on the back of my legs with his bicycle on the way home from school. One day he did it to me and I came around with my Louisville slugger under his handlebars. He wiped out and rolled down in the sewage ditch with his bike. He never bothered me again either.
i love that a bully got served!!!!! i was always a target in school for little punks wanting to start something..I was 6'1 in 6th grade so i was always the big guy in school..I actuall never threw a punch in school though..If someone was picking a fight with me id try to just walk away if that didnt work and they came at me i would just throw them into lockers or something, and never did i get in trouble every time it was clear i was just defending myself.
Why is it that Punks (little dog syndrome) feel a need to take on the big guy? Generally speaking the punk is gonna get hurt.
