Yet another door lock question.
I am new to this forum and to my Excusion. I seem to have the door lock plague that is so common. I am not sure that it is an actuator issue. When using the Lock button you can hear the actuator try to lock all doors, and the drivers side rear and drivers door will lock. When you press the unlock button there is a clicking that sounds from a black box behind the radio and none of the doors un lock. I purchased a replacement remote fob and programed it. It will lock the drivers side doors, but only unlock the drivers door. The rear hatch seems to have a mind of its own..the only sure fire way to unlock it is with a key. Thanks for the help.
