Radio replacement help

I just bought a new JCV radio and i want to replace it with the oem radio in my truck. My truck is a 1996 Ford F250 XLT. I bought the wire harness and one connects to my radio and the other connect to the grey and red wire coming out of my dash, now there is another connector coming out of the dash that is black and i believe it is for the speaker but, i can't find an adapter to fit it . Is there a male or felmale adapter that i can plug it to it and the splice the other end to the harness that i bought? Any help would be great. Thanks

Maybe connector is not supposed to be used in your installationn

I don't have the info about your model, but I am working on my 2001 F150. After removing its OEM AM/FM/CD, I found there were 2 multi-wire connectors that plugged into the radio along with the antenna lead. However my aftermarket radio only needs one of them connected to it to be fully useful, connected to the speakers. The other OEM connector is not used for my aftermarket rig. Your situation might be similar. FWIW.

That looks like maybe a factory CD changer plug. I guess you don't have a CD changer? Don't worry about it. Leave it unplugged and see if everything plays.
