AC / Fan blower problem

I have a 2001 Expy EB edition and the AC will only get cold when the fan is on low. When I turn it to high it stops getting cold and turns to semi-warm air. Any ideas what could be the problem?

The system could be low on refrigerant.

Sorry, forgot to mention, I checked the level and they are registering normal. That was my first thought.

Unless you put a set of manifold gauges on and operated the system, you didn't "check the level" accurately.

Should the levels be correct, the next thing to check is if the temperature blend door is broken.
