Possible Charge Issue?
i got an 80 F100 that still has its original alternator, but i was looking at the charge gauge and its moving to C when a full load is on heat, lights, it moves halfway to C, so i got my tester out with no load it reads 14 load at 12 at battery should i be concerned?, also the engine tried to run with the key off whats happening to my antique baby? Thanks

If it shows 14 volts at charge that is OK. If it keeps on running when the key is turned
off I would look at the idle speed and the timing. If the timing is to far advanced it can
cause run on.
