If your truck is speed density then stick to a camshaft that is
numerically equal to or less than 215 degrees of duration (265 advertised).
Keep lift at a conservative .460in to keep piston to valve clearance a non-issue. Keep LSA above 112 as speed density
goes nuts with anything with too much duration and too little LSA.
I would suggest 210/215 .460/.460 @112
I think this is one of the largest cams you can run without issues.
