It can't read fuel pressure. There is no fuel pressure sensor on a 6.0 and must be added for whatever monitoring system you use.
There are simply too many parameters for me to list. You can program 25 "X" gauges in addition to the standard package that's included. Boost is read as MAP pressure and you'll have to subtract approximately 15 from the displayed value to get boost. It's definitely worth the price and FAR better than anything from the factory.
x gauge comes with it at no extra charge go to the scan gauge web site and check them out they are great it will moniter up like 35 things. 25 of those are an x-gauge all that means is x gauge are the ones you program in off the list specific for your vehicle
there are also two other FICM readings (12 volt) that I didn't bother with. The fan speed sensor I haven't seen as of yet. Updated on the Scangauge site is also Exaust Back Pressure and also VGT read as %.
