Welcome to FTE and the Big Bronco Forum. We will do our best to get you the most accurate information we can.

You will need a MANUAL Borg-Warner 1356 transfer case (like the electronic one in your 90) from any 150/250/350 F-series/Bronco but you will need the shift link from a truck with a 1356 mounted behind the E4OD. The shift link between the t-case and any other transmission is too short. Otherwise the manual 1356 is a direct swap for the electronic version. You will need to pull or cap the wiring harness for the electronic t-case which passes through the floor near the driver's side of the "hump" under the front seat. There are live wires in this portion of the harness so take care not to just cut the harness off.

I have the information for making the 4-low indicator on the dashboard work as well but I'm at work at the moment. When I get home and can dig it up, I'll post.
