Having very weird issues with my 1994 7.3L idi turbo. I will try to describe everything that is going on. One morning about 2 weeks ago I went out to my truck and started it and drove to school and parked it there. no problems. In the afternoon I came out to start it, it started, ran for about 5 seconds and shut off again. I primed it, got it running went to work and then home and shut it down. Next morning started and ran fine, but again after school it shut down. This has been very consistent ever since then with starting fine in the morning, but in the afternoon, not so much. I just replaced the fuel lift pump and theres a 3 inch piece of rubber hose to the pump that i replaced. another thing is when i'm driving around and under nice steady throttle around 50 mph the truck seems to "take off", then start bucking like its starved for fuel. I pulled the fuel filter to look at it and my fuel was cloudy. I'm thinking water. I'm out of ideas with what this could be. all return lines and injector o rings were replaced. Any idea of where I should look? Thanks in advance, Leidy
Just get ur truck runnin n losin the lines going to ur injectors when there is fuel steadly coming out tightin up the fuel line. Do one at a time , that should fix it , it worked on mine
