transmission lines

have a 2005f150 4x4, i"m going to flush my transmission, and wondering about the lines connecting to the radiator, after removing the plastic part, it looks like a regular fitting, is it? no special tools, or can you just take the lines off at the cooler?

It's easier to take the lines off the cooler. You'll need a 7/8 wrench to get the cooler lines off and then if you are connecting hoses onto the lines they are 5/8 inside diameter.
