05 f350 6.0 diesel, Im at the point of pulling the #1 injector, my question is i loosened the torck screw, theres a resistence at 2 turns do i keep loosening to lift the injector from its seating, I tried to pull it by hand but its tight and i dont want to over do it, is the resistence only the orings (im an engineer) hence the caution any help please.

The injector hold down retains the torx bolt and lifts the injector out as you unscrew it. The hold down comes out and goes back in with the injector.
One little detail you need to address is to make sure you remove the oil from the torx bolt hole before you torque the new injector down. If you don't you'll get an incorrect torque on the injector and it could come loose over time.
