I have a couple of their warranties on motorcycles of mine. They are a sub-company of Powerlet.com and are underwritten and reinsured by A+ rated insurance companies. I saved a boatload on the warranty for my 06 BMW R1200GS motorcycle and I priced one for the new F350 and it was significantly less expensive than anyone else (especially Ford)
Tried to get an after market warranty on my present truck. Everything was ok till I told them I pulled a 5th wheel. They said that the 5th wheel would void my warranty. I then purchased a Ford extended warranty. I was sure to tell the guy I would be pulling a 5th wheel, he said "That's what your truck was made to do."
Be careful, I will get the extended warranty from Ford when my new truck is delivered.

You could have shopped around and found any number of extended warranties that don't have such a ridiculous clause in them. Too bad...you could have saved 50% or more.
Checked out at least 5 companies and all were the same. I have had non OEM extended warranties on other vehicles and have had trouble with all. Never had trouble with OEM warranties...
