what do i torque my heads to?
i have a 1982 f100 302. i just put all new valves in them, now their ready to go back in the motor. this is the first time ive done this so i dnt kno what to torque the heads to, i know theres a pattern to do it in but i dnt kno what it is either. can someone help me with this.

65-72 Foot pounds (Final torque)Torque sequence ------------ front | 9 5 1 3 7 | of | 10 6 2 4 8 | engine ------------Final torque must be reached in 3 equal stepsRecheck final torque in sequence
Thats cut and paste from autozones website. Just start in the center and go in a spiral, working to the outside. It says 3 steps, I'd go 40, 60, 70, then hit them all at 70 again.
