rear main seal bad

2008 build 1. 53k miles 350. I crawled under the truck to change the oil and saw there was oil built up where it had not been last oil change (rear of motor). Took to dealer they cleaned it up and put in dye. Sure enough it's the rear main seal. Truck is back in the shop under the diesel warranty. Cab is off and they are working on it. Is there anything I should look for or be concerned with this repair? Prior to this truck has had very few problems.

they pull the cab to fix the bed pan gasket the rear main can be replaced alone, however if the bed pan is replaced the rear main gets it too. mine has been done 4 times i think the first dealer(3 tries) was doing the rear main and mis-diagnosing the bed pan. anyway after 3k no leaks.
