5.0L Long Tube Headers
Unfortunitely I doubt if they will make a complete system because to even touch the oem cats for 8yrs/80K miles is a felony (fed law)
They make a full system. Headers are 1.75" primary, and the y-pipe is available both with cats, and without. They also have a 3" cat back as well. Mike has pricing on his site, with the headers and catted y pipe somewhere around $1700, if I remember right.
If with cats and sold for new vehicles, it would be very interesting to see how they register every single cat (including the serial number) they sell to the state & feds....if they do, eventually the owners are going to have "H" to pay, if they don't, they will be shut down since this violates numerous regs...even to advertise it.
They are sold for "off road" use only, even with cats, and the purchaser has to sign a waiver. Factory cats can be replaced at any time if they are certified as damaged, but only with approved replacements. Used cats can never be resold as well. There is legislation on the table that would prevent manufacturers from producing emissions deleting equipment for sale at all. This includes programers that can turn off emissions equipment as well (think diesel dpf/egr delete).
Another emissions law that many don't think of, is the changing of the location of the factory cats. Federal law prohibits moving the location, so technically, all long tube headers in most modern vehicles are illegal even if you could retain the factory cats by repositioning them.
