Pick up new white Lariat, super cab, long bed, 5th. wheel prep on Tuesday evening. Wow sweet. It was 6 weeks to the day. 3 for it to built and 3 for it to be delivered.
I have a problem, the wife thinks it's hers. I come home from work yesterday and its parked in the wrong direction, she doesn't back in the driveway very well. Check the milage and she has driven it more than me. And she says she needs it to go to Port Townsend on Saturday. She says it rides great, it's quite and doesn't stink like a diesel.
Wait a minute you don't like to drive my trucks.
So today she drives in to my work this afternoon in the rain, getting my truck dirty, just to show off and guess who will wash it, it won't be her.
I think I have a big problem especially since I have a company vheicle for work and don't drive mine to or from.
funny! i have almost the same problem! i got my truck on a tuesday and left for vacation on that thursday so i prolly only put 100 miles on it. i came home and my family put 400 miles on the rig. i had this thought in the back of my head that this would happen but i didnt really care, i guess they broke it in for me haha the only thing i was pissed about is i had to be the one to put the $100 in fuel in it when i got back

lol i prolly would if i were married, but at the age of 22 and enjoying the single life right now i have no intention of being married this young! haha
When you ordered how long did they tell you? Just trying to get an idea of how long it will really take my truck to get here. The dealer said it would be 10-12 weeks for mine.

Congrats, I cannot wait to get mine...
they said anywhere from 6-8 weeks, and it came in on the 6th week. but i seems that everyone is getting different timing. and o yea, the wait is horrible haha u hear about everyone else talking about how much they love their new '11 and how badass it is, it all makes the wait worse, but so worth it once you get the keys to the rig. they really are amazing trucks, and worth every penny. i was just out drivin around and got after the peddel goin up a hill and broke the tires loose, the power and torque in this 6.7 is very impressive! im in love
When I ordered mine they said 6-8 weeks but then he said they have been coming in around right at 6 weeks.
Mine will actually be only 5 weeks to the day if everything goes right and it is delivered on the 21st as scheduled.
He also said he really liked the way I configured it so he ordered two like that, the only difference is one is sans the camper package (just so threy're not indentical twins)
In the immortal words of Tom Petty..."the waaaaiting is the hardest part"
I ordered a 2011 F250 Diesel, Fully loaded. 2morrow will be the 8th week. and i am expecting to see it by saturday!!! i cant wait
the wait is the hardest part! haha i love my truck, i wish i could upload pics but i still dont know how to. ill figure it out sometime. i bought the extended warranty-not sure if i should have but i did being this is a whole new powertraine! i also wish i would have ordered the rapid heat, it takes it a little while to warm up, but it doesnt bother me that much.
I ordered my F-250 on 1/24, and originally they told me 3/7. They didn't make that, so now I am told it will be 3/14 (tomorrow). I am hoping that holds true. The wait was really hard, but when 3/7 was missed I was really disappointed. I am trying not to get my expectations up for tomorrow. The only options I didn't pick were the bodyside moldings and the actual 5th wheel hitch installed, but did get the prep package. It is absolutely loaded otherwise, all the way down to dual alternators and the PTO provision on the tranny. I just want to get the call it is on the lot now!
