Yes a panic thread title but this is serious. I have the electronic push-button transfercase on my truck. Today i hop in and the 4x4 light is on and the 4x4 isnt actually engaged and when i press the button nothing happens. The 4x4 doesnt engage or disengage just a click under the dash and the light on the dash stays on. Heres a video I posted to more clearly explain. Thanks guys

Searched the forums, cant seem to find an exact solution. The 4x4 module under the dash has tested good. I dont know where to go from there..

 

Is the selector motor on the transfercase receiving power/ground when you push the selector switch?
