What size exactly?
If they're really wide you might have some issues up front...I put 285/75R16's on my truck and had to trim down the inside corners of the front bumper because the tires were catching it. Doesn't rub anywhere else though.

You might have to check on the width but honestly I can't imagine you'd have any problems beyond the aforementioned bumper issues. I don't know about a 10" wide rim though, whether or not it'd rub somewhere else.
