fuel pump question
How have you determined a low flow?
Have you checked the pressure at the schrader valve?
Yes sir, you can switch to electric fuel
Here are a couple of links to get you started:

Now that's out of the way.
Some people have put in electric pumps and there are links on how to do that, perhaps someone else can lead you to them (I don't have them).
Is your truck a "Cali" model?
Do you have this disc looking thing betwwen the pump and kind of underneath the turbo stand?
If so, then you have a Cali model. The pump is harder to change than the regular FED or 49 model. Either way you can replace the old pump w/o taking the turbo off. It looks intimidating but it is really not that bad once you start. You have a 24/7 technical service here that will walk you through it every step of the way.
What do you think? Want to save some money and do it yourself?
What year/miles/auto?/4x4? etc...
