Hi txdodg7680(No Email Addresses In Posts!) and welcome to FTE 
Your problem is hopefully as simple as both bulbs are burned out or a burned out fuse for the high beams lights in the underhood fuse box. Check those things first. If both those check out ok it could be your multi-function switch (dimmer switch/wiper/signal switch).
Does the high beam indicator on the dash come on? If it does then the problem is probably the bulbs. If not, check the fuses first.
