I am needing some advice. My daily driver is not starting I replaced all the glow plugs, controller and batteries a few months back. I came out yesterday and it would just crank like it did with bad plugs. So I thought it was the cam sensor and that also didn't fix it. Is it possible that my plugs crapped out on me? I put Autolites in and found out later they aren't the best. Last week we 20 deg it started perfect now at 35 it does nothing. I haven't hooked my scanner to it yet. But I don't have a CEL on. Any help would be great. Thanks.
Do you get the wait to start light when you turn the key? If no wts, unplug fuel bowl heater and replace 30 amp fuse under dash, fuel bowl heater shorted. If you can read codes, thats even better thoiugh.
Are you getting a bunch of white smoke while cranking? Does it start if you plug it in for a few hours first? Have you tried testing the GPR with a meter to see if you're getting voltage output?
