Is it worth it?
I have found a 1967 F-100 2wd Longbed....It has a 390ci w/ a 3 on-the-tree converted to a floorshifter....
It basically just needs a paint job, a couple interior pieces, and some trim....Runs and drives as is...
Kicker is, the guy wants $2,500....Is it worth it?

Ive got a 71, 4x4 nothing special just fairly clean and have had cash offers at the gas pump for more than that. Like my dad used to tell me when I was truck shopping. If you are willing to spend the money then I guess its worth it, after all your the one driving it. But personally I think if I had the money I would.

My uncle actually has the truck....But theres a 78 in town for $800.....Sooo....Just gettin some info....Anything I need to watch for? Rust in unusual spot, etc?

Look for rust in the floorboards, and the lower rear cab corners. I love my '67, but it does have some quirks being a first year model. 2500 seems steep for a 2wd, they usually go for around 1200-1500 here. I hate my Hurst Indy floor shifter for my 3 speed, it always gets out of adjustment.
