Remove the coins. The clutch is "cycling" because there's low pressure in the system. There's a switch on the accumulator that senses when the pressure goes below ~19psi on the low side and cuts the power to the clutch (on the compressor). This keeps the system from ever getting below atmospheric pressure and sucking water in, and it also keeps it from getting below 32°F and icing up inside the dash. You've obviously lost some refrigerant, so find the leak, fix it, then recharge the system. If you don't know how and/or don't have the equipment, pay a pro. You probably have an R-134a system, so it shouldn't be very expensive.
