usually my 94 f150 or my 74 f350 dump truck would be my work truck, but the 74 has been parked for about 6 months waiting for me to pull the motor and tranny. my 94 dd met the scrap yard last week, so i bought this... (sorry. lol)
Thanks its got a 351w with a c6 and 4.10s I don't have her working yet. I've been doing a lot of work to her. Brakes all the way around calipers, pads, wheel cylinders hoses, tie rod, tune-up, fluid changes etc. I should have it all done this week.

well she's looks good man, can't ask for much better than the 351W when it comes to gas rigs, aside from the 460, but the 351 still gets the job done and is always ready for the next job.
I've got a 302 in my F150 and a 7.3L IDI in my F350.
the 302 has something wrong with it, she's gobbling gas as fast as she can, but my 7.3 just keeps on sipping her fuel.....idk, i'm about to take the F150 off the road for a while.

Yeah the 351w is about perfect for me I dont mind going slow and I don't need horrible gas mileage the 7 to 8 mpg i'm hoping to get is bad enough. My f250 has a straight 6 with a 5 speed I love it the thing will pull just about anything. I'd be real tempted to swap one in the van if the windsor ever goes out. A diesel would be nice but I do way too many short trips.
What else can I say about all these Ford Tough work trucks. All still working and looking Great. And 86F150302, Someone said it before and I agree
" I so envy you " What a Super looking Lightning

I went to the Fabric store and bought camo blanket material. Uninstalled all the parts i wanted to use it on and cut them to length. I used some 3M adheasice spray and sprayed it on the part (not the fabric!) and wraped it around it making sure it was strait and not wrinkly and then i shot some small staples on the seam to keep it nice and tight.
Its extremely easy to do and i plan on doin all my trim along the cab also soon
No action shots as i do not own a camera, and the cell phone takes horrible pictures. But, it sure got used this winter in ct, We got a ton of snow. It has a 8ft fisher plow. It also has no clear coat left, paint down to the primer on the hood, and roof, and bare metal too on the roof.
