Which Plugs?

I've got a 2001 F-250 SRW 4x4 crew with a v10. It has about 109,000 on it and I'm going to do the plugs. I'm getting conflicting plug recommendations from the area dealers on this. Some say Motorcraft AGSF22WM others Motorcraft SP479. The dealer recommending the SP479 said it's the latest update. Anyone have any wisdom to shed?

I believe they are the same plug with SP479 being an updated part number for the AGSF22WM. The plugs I put in last year were the SP479 and they are great.
