I tried to put a electric gauge in place of my gauge to get an accurate reading of my oil pressure but ran into a problem. The sending unit for the gauge is larger than the factory one and will not fit in the hole for it because it hits the exhaust manifold (if I remember correctly). I would like to put a pipe in there and maybe a T to put both sending units so that I can have factory gauge and aftermarket gauge. What would be the best way to accomplish this. I'm very mechanically inclined but not sure of a good easy way to do this. Thanks guys!

What do you have? 302 351? What year? Oil cooler? I ran a 5" long 1/4" nipple to a 1/4" T fitting for my stock and aftermarket oil pressure gauge.

Okay now that im not on my phone I can see its you 96 351.

Im going to guess you have an oil cooler. Normally everyone removes the oil cooler and you have plenty of room to run the pipe fittings.
