1991 302 efi windsor. So i had low readings on my oil pressure gauge i replaced the sensor on my motor bout a month ago it was reading great an now its back to reading really low like it clogged up or something. so im wanta to put a mechanical gauge in. can i pick something up from napa that screws in to the old sensor an just run my line that way or is there a deffernt way im supposed to do this.
Ok so if i buy the mechanical gauge an rubber tube. can i go down to napa an get something the threads in where my sending unit used to be an hook it up from there
I tried to put a electric gauge in place of my gauge to get an accurate reading of my oil pressure but ran into a problem. The sending unit for the gauge is larger than the factory one and will not fit in the hole for it because it hits the exhaust manifold (if I remember correctly). I would like to put a pipe in there and maybe a T to put both sending units so that I can have factory gauge and aftermarket gauge. What would be the best way to accomplish this. I'm very mechanically inclined but not sure of a good easy way to do this. Thanks guys!
