5 speed to e40d change

5 speed to e40d change
I have a 93' f150 5 liter 2wd 5 speed. I want to change it to a e4od. I have most of the major items dealt with but I need to know what to do about the computer. also do I need to worry abut the shifter, I plan to go to an aftermarket floor shifter rather than change the column. any one got a parts list of what i will need?

I have discovered Bauman eng which makes a box that allows an e4od to connect to any ford engine without changing the computer. Do you know them and any comments on this solution?
