Brakes failed
So my red brake light and the yellow abs light came on. the truck is leaking what seems to be brake fluid from just in front of the rear driver side tires. I went under and there seems to be a slight tear/hole in the parking break line. other than that the lines seem to be wet but i don't know what im looking for.
the pedal is really soft, and i was barely able to get home. anyone know what this could be?

Its prob the rear brake line that goes from the RABS module to the rear axle rubber line. It is routed between the fuel tank and frame, that section rusts faster than the rest of the brake lines.

i agree, the best bet is to replace it from the master cylinder back to the rubber hose, it might help to replace the rubber as well.... isn't too labor intensive, just get a good quality flair nut wrench, the bleeders are 3/8 and make sure those open before beginning work or your in for a world of hurt.
