fuel problems
p-rosengren@live.sehi i noticed my truck started to be weak low power hard start i changed filters it dont help i used compressed air to back flow from fuel pump to tank and that solved the problem for about on day the next day it started to behawe same as before i drained the tank checked for dirt but it was ok then i suspected the fuel pump i removed the frame mounted pump tok it apart and there i found plenty of dirt trapped in the small chambers most in the fuel heater area i cleaned and now it works again i send some pictures so you guys can se the mess next week i install a prefilter with a water separator the old good style with a clear cup in the bottom and a drain plug i belive bacteria grow in the fuel since there is 20% of bio fuel mixed to the diesel and the heater makes a perfect climate for it to live inside there ok thats it for now regards from sweden and there is no ice bears on our streets it only ice i tried to bring pictures but i dont get it in the message so if any one are interested send a mail and i will forvard pictures
