LMC truck would be a good option. Spend a grand i think and get everything shipped free including freight items. Or there's a cheap spray paint supposedly for plastic trim, but it won't last under abuse.

If you prime the pieces with a primer intended for plastic (body shop stuff), you can paint the interior pieces with automotive paint and it will last if you clearcoat them when you're done for UV protection.

I've done that many times. It's not a rustoleum/krylon job if you want it to last. And, a body shop (or house of kolor, or whomever) can mix you any color you want, mild to wild.

Ok. How do I do with the leather/fake leather parts? And there is some foam like thing on the dash with some kind of fake leather/vinyl on it. You think I can paint that to?

You could paint it. But it'd crack over time with use.

For all the plastic parts, after you CAREFULLY remove them, wash them all with warm soapy water, and then clean with SEM 38354 Plastic/Leather prep. This will remove any armor all/oil/left over dirt the soap missed, etc. Once you have washed and prepped them, let them air dry and then wipe down with a tack cloth, place the parts on a clean peice of cardboard (in the case of the dash make sure you fully mask off everything to prevent overspray on the windshield, headliner, etc. Now you can paint it with SEM colorcoat which is a flexible paint specifically made for painting plastics and such in the interior, which will not crack, and properly applied will last. As for the dashpad itself, you can take it out and drop it off with most any upholstery shop, and they can recover it with new vinyl in most any color you like.
