I have a 6.0L F250 intercooler I bought about a year ago I was going to use to add one to my 95 F350. In great shape, looks brand new, has a few little fens bent in a little nothing major. These are a popular part used to add an intercooler to any 94-97 F250 or F350 with the Powerstroke there are tons of write ups and how-to's about it, or a upgrade for any 99-04 7.3 Superduty pickup.

WILL SHIP AT BUYERS EXPENSE, ABOUT $60-70

That there is a 6.0L intercooler. The 7.3L unit has aluminum ends on it. Not to worry, the 6.0 is the better unit and will fit in the 7.3 trucks. It is in fact a popular upgrade.

Thanks for pointing that out, I figured it was a 7.3 since that's the truck I pulled it from. Must have been swapped into it at sometime.

You'll prolly get more hits if you advertize it as a 6.0 intercooler.

It's a larger unit then the 7.3...so I am guessing the swap = better cooling and lower EGTs? I don't have a 99+ so I never really looked into that comparison to much.

You are correct. Others have measured a 50* drop in EGT's. It will drop right into a 99-03 7.3 truck but you will need different boots. Riffraff and Diesel Site both have boots for that conversion.
